Need Suggestion

Hi, I have applied LWP for 2 months due to my personal reason but HR rejected it because my reason not listed in policy and I don’t have enough leaves to apply. Currently I am allocated to RMG. I need to travel to other country for personal work. What if I travelled without any LWP and applying leaves (bcz I don’t have leaves to apply). TIA for suggestion.
