Need suggestion!!
I have joined TCS in March. I did not like the culture here.can anyone tell me if this is the case with all.They are asking for weekend both Saturday and Sunday to work.

Bro honestly speaking the situation is not good in TCS As well as outside so if they are asking for weekends to work please work as now the situation is very critical and this thing will not continue for every week right so
Ask for benefits , claim food expenses, travel etc. they will ask you stop coming over weekend. And tell others too.. dont worry about bench, if you are good you will find project
All organizations recruit from outside for messed up projects. When I joined tcs, I had similar issue, but it settles down. The team has the power to control how fast it will become better. But remember not everyone in team is willing to work towards making things better.
