Need suggestion

I began working at a company in January 2020 and stayed there for 18 months before I had to leave unexpectedly. In July 2021, I joined Capgemini, but I was unable to pass the background check due to my prior departure. Since January 2022, I've been with another company and have been building my experience there.

Now, I would like to apply to a new company and include the first job on my CV, as I want to reflect the 1.5 years of experience. How can I include this on my resume while addressing the circumstances of my departure?
