Need Suggestion

Hi connections, I’ve received an offer from Boston Scientific with a CTC of 9.7 LPA, while my current CTC is 7 LPA. I wanted to understand the overall benefits better—especially if this 9.7 includes components like gratuity, bonus, and variable pay.

If anyone working there or aware of their compensation structure could help me break it down or share their experience, it would mean a lot.

Also, considering the 2.7 LPA hike, is it worth switching in terms of work culture, learning, and long-term growth?

Please suggest. Thanks in advance!
