Need Suggestion

Techie with 9.5 yrs of experience, After serving 3yrs in HCL I got offer from EY as Data engineer role with 22lpa and EXL with 28lpa salary. I am in confused state what to choose , Go with higher packages in EXL or Choose EY. EXL they mentioned Work from home and I tried to negotiate with EY but I haven’t got any reply from them.please provide your insights
