Need Suggestion

Hi All I'm TCS employee working here for 4 + years Feeling stuck at one place.

Is it good to resign and prepare for next job in 3 month Notice period. As my present Project has high workload and toxic manager.

I'm unable to prepare for interview need your suggestion for next move
