Need Suggestion.

"You will be put on LWP by HR team." What does this mean. I hadn’t attend the drive conducted by RMG. I had applied the leaves 3days back but they didn't approved. I won’t attend also due to Health issues. Can anyone suggest.

If you have medical documents for those days and leave balance HR cannot put you on lwp but will definitely apply leaves ...just talk to concerned HR.

But if you don't have proper medical consultation documents then you are in trouble as HR will assume you are faking it
