Need suggestion
I am very much confused for resign without any offer , I m working n giving my all efforts to work bt still mngr playing politics bcoz I m in pip .n pip reson is also not for work. I dnt knw then what they will do after 3 month of pip. So should I give resign n search job or wait for pip result? And wht happnd if I resigned in pip time ? Please suggest anyone and help this is effecting my mental and physical health also.
PIP at consultant level hearing first time . What's your last 2 appraisals ? I think its all depends on feedback from your project. Guys HR main goal is for us to resign.

I am new in tcs , and this is not abt work this is ego issue with mngr without creating any prb with him. Jst they want ppl who only say yes apologies, if u r smart so they dnt like u they dnt want any inputs frm u .if mngr say ye din h raat ni to din hi hai 😆
