Trending @Infosys; Need Suggestion?

I have 3.8 years of exp in Infy and my current ctc is 3.6 LPA. In January, I got a tcs offer with a 53% hike, which is 5.5 LPA. And in February, after receiving the Annual hike of 20% in Infy, my Current ctc was revised to 4.32 LPA.

So when I asked TCS HR to revise my offer and apply the same 53% with my revised ctc, as I received an annual hike in my current company. But they mentioned that they already provided a max offer to me. So they can't revise it.

But now comparing the current ctc to my offered ctc is just a 28% hike only.

Has anybody faced this situation, how you guys revised this?
