Hi I joined hcltech last month. I few doubts in flexible declaration. 1. I have made food wallet , LTA , fuel and vehicle everything as 0 in september month. But there are huge amount of salary got deducted from my salary . When I checked it remains same amount in the portal. How can I change them ? 2. How can we get into project ? Receiving few project calls and giving interviews. But want to know the exact procedure. How many one can stay in bench ? Any bench policy?Will they layoff people those who are in bench? Please someone help on this .
