Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion

I am backend developer having 1.5 yoe but my manager is very toxic he hates me for no reason and because of that he is playing lot of office politics trying to be good in front of everyone but always back bitches to the management that i am not working well and all. Now the management and leadership is forcing me that your feedback is very negative you are not delivering objects on time and forcing me that they will involve HR now and will put me in PIP. I also showed all my progress to them and my work but they are not listening now even i asked for release but they are not giving me release and forcing me to either take PMO role for the same project or go to PIP. What should i do now should i take PMO role for now because i don't have any option?
