Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestion

I got moved into a new project from the past 3 months, earlier I was working on other project both are internal. And my new project manager is also new, he is working parallel in other project as well so he doesn't have any idea on work in my current project,he is just there as a manager. So I have doubts like how I can get recognised for promotion. My Current mal is 15, and has good feedback in the last project as well. Need your suggestions on this, what is the possibility for me to get promotion in the March cycle ??
