Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestion

I have experience of around 2.6 years. 2 years in Accenture on SAP and 6 months in non technical. My work environment has become very much hectic an toxic. Confused weather should i switch. If yes which companies are currently hiring for SAP and which platform should i prefer (naukari.com, referral, linkedin)?

Switch. Toxicity isn't worth it. Use LinkedIn for visibility and referrals for credibility. Forget Naukri. Focus on companies like Deloitte, IBM, or Capgemini for SAP roles.
