Need Suggestion

J am currently unallocated and my base location is Noida Okaya. I report there everyday.

But my RMG is forcing me to come to PTI Building New Delhi 5 days a week which would be too far for me as i am unwell too.

Can they take any action if i keep reporting To okaya and dont go to PTI Building?
