I am not assigned to any project from february. I used unassigned time on geb amd march. In april i was moved to bench. I received a mail yesterday asking to go to project as im on bench from last 1 month. I am scared i would get layoff. Im not taken into any project even i have skills.

Connect with your assigned people advisor that you are not getting project call. If they are busy and not responding, drop an email looping your people lead.

I have been using unassigned charge code since feb.. connected to supervisor they're saying to wait until they get assigned me to some project in the meanwhile they're asking to learn more.. btw I'm hardlocked till 2026 just after 1 week of shadow period.. don't what to do 🙂
