I am working with CG from past 6 yrs and frustrated with current project so I told to my manager give me release in last month and now they gave me release in coming week Friday my LWD in my current project and for internal apportunity HR told me share the resume I have shared the resume but no response yet from her meanwhile all this going on I tried outside apportunity also in two big company process started but I didn't received any offer letter yet and internally also HR is saying like this currently no projects so, I am thinking again speak to manager and tell him can I work some more days on this project itself? But, I don't want to do this seriously. For me self respect is the first. Please, suggest me what I can do?

Just put ur resignation and start looking out, you have already wasted 6 years its huge time u spent in one company. Its right time to leave CG for u

Yes, I am giving interviews outside. I don't want to search internal project itself and not to work in this project also....but, as I am working as senior consultant in CG in bench is there any policy if I will not get any project in 1 month then they will tell me put down paper is it like that...you have any idea

For c1 you are safe till 3months latter they force u, if u are high paying resource. Otherwise it can extent till 6 months so dont worry about that

Plan to switch the company. Once you are out, its better to not go back. Meanwhile try to get some internal projects. But mostly focus on changing the organisation.

Going back again to the same project is it good approach?

I wouldnt recommend that. You would again be stuck in the loop. Instead prepare a plan to switch and as soon as you get first offer put the papers.

Yes try new opportunities. When in bench you get more time also if you get offer getting released from Bench would be easy n get an early release than being in project n completing the whole notice period! Once you get into bench you will definitely get calls dont worry but your primary focus should be trying outside! All the best!

Try for new organization

Please use your bench period to prepare for outside opportunities. Once you get the offer put paper. As per my knowledge you can stay in bench for maximum three months. So utilise this opportunity
