Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestion

I completed 15 months in Capgemini. My overall experience is 6.5 years. Currently working in FS domain project for the last 9 months and it's wfh. I have not been able to handle the work pressure for the last few days. I'm thinking of resigning and looking for other opportunities. Is it the right decision or should I get the release from the project and look for projects internally?

Go ahead and resign, don't think too much. Heal.

I joined here 1 year back at B2 level and in project(current project) as billable for 9 months now this is full of support and night shifts so I asked release and manager also agreed to release me by this month end , how RMG will react to this and will they give enough time to prepare and get into another project , kindly share your idea

I've heard it's 1 month if you voluntarily release from project and feedback is bad.

Just to give an update I got released from my project voluntarily and on the bench now. How much time do we have for b2 band folks to get a project . And what is the worst case scenario? Also , do we have to go to the office 12 days a month during the bench period ?
