Need suggestion

Hi Friends

Working in HCL as a Data Dngineer , recently fed up with office politics and financial need kept my resignation , got offer from EY (10lpa), also recently from EXl they offering me 14lpa , need your suggestion if is good to hi with EXL or with EY. Any idea about EXl??
