Need suggestion

I have joined TCS on the basis of Degree. After that I have completed Full time MBA from University of Pune. And I'm currently on bench which roles will be suitable for me I want work in MBA related positions. Also I don't have received any salary hike for my MBA. Please suggest which roles will be great for my career inside TCS and outside also.
