i have joined TCS few months back and I am in lot of confusion since we are having some personal medical situation at hometown which is far away from TCS office

Take care of the family and forget QVA
Go to another city, live alone for QVA

When you forget QVA, you will have to also accept that they will use RTO % as a reason for anything they wish.
So start attending interviews.
