Need Suggestion

Hi Guys!!

I’m having 3.4 years of experience.I got two offers

1. TCS - 17LPA (16 Fixed - 1 L Variable)- 5 Days WFO - Hyd
2. Winwire - 20LPA ( 20 Fixed - No variable) - Permanent Remote

There is one more offer but Hr round is pending i.e S&P Global Hr told Openings are in Freeze.

Could you please suggest me which one I need to choose.

I was thinking to choose Winwire but, i’m not sure will i get long stability there.
