Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion : For project Allianz

Can anyone please share how the work-life balance is in the Allianz project and how the leadership is ?

Everyone lead, ass manager, manager and senior manager everyone are worst. They treat ppl in Allianz like slaves

I can understand your frustration which you are going though but considering everyone is not correct. There are commitments which flow top to bottom level and the same reflects in work pressure for everyone in the team.

Don’t join it’s my request.. more than 90% of people are suffering like hell here.. don’t join at all look for other projects there are many projects in Accenture
