
Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestion - No hike and Variable Pay after Resignation
I had resigned in October 1st week, last week manager revealed talent outcome and she said 0 % hike and 0 %variable pay. Manager said we kept you in IP (Improve Performance) category. But in priorities she (manager) gave good feedback. How can I fight for my rights. need suggestions.

You already resigned, so no need to worry stop working and just focus on next job

If they added you to PIP which also means you can't apply in Accenture again as per my knowledge

Just chill. you saved someone's job from your team. Who is under performance In your team they definitely put that person in IP. You already put paper so they are not interested to retain you any hows.
