Need some suggestions for the How to quit tcs with 3 years in support experience

Hi Guys,

I have 3 years of experience in tcs and I wanted to switch the company but not getting enough calls from outside. And this is not for me some people in tcs are facing the same as me.

If you are working in support project, learn a skill and try to do some projects related to it and tailor it in your resume as your past experience . All the best

Learn unix, shell/perl scripting, SQL, if possible learn same domain you are currently working in. You should be able to crack interviews. Also if possible learn and get certifications in any cloud platform microsoft/amazon/google it would be great addition to your profile
