Need some suggestion from designers

Can anyone suggest which app component should I choose according to my requirement of the app.

I have one screen containing one button that'll go to another screen and in that screen a certain number 'x' will be entered and that 'x' number of text will be entered in the same screen.

In the Previous screen if that button is not clicked, a number 'y' needs to be entered and then the app can go for login after we get 'y'.
