Trending @Accenture; Need some suggestion
Hi All, I joined Accenture in January 2023 as a fresher. After the one month training, I was shadow hard locked to a project. But never got assigned any work or team. Went through the LCT programs, one in June 2023 and another in December 2023. I still don't have any project. The reason I get for not qualifying the interview is that I don't have prior project experience. What steps should I take ?
I am also in a similar situation. Joined in Nov 2023, got hard locked after 2 months and till now didn't get any project. After interviews the managers just tell they will get back to me and then there is no response or reply to my msg.
yes, even if you get a reply it will be very generic that they need some different skillset than you

You mean that you have been free for all this time (for almost 2 years)???
