Trending @Accenture; Need some serious suggestion

Hey,

I need some suggestion. I’m frustrated going to office once a week because I live in a different city which is 12 hrs away. And my pay is also very low for my experience. So considering all factors I put resignation.

Now, I got one offer and work mode is Hybrid.

I don’t want to go once a week to office. But now I have to go for 3 days a week.

I’m not getting how i will manage this? Because I have a 1.5 yrs old baby to take care and my husband can’t move with me to this city.

Any suggestions what can I do here?
