Need some serious advice for switch

I am a Salesforce developer with 3 yoe and I am tired of working on the same project for 3 years so I want to switch as I am also having some financial troubles and I need money badly. I am applying to many organisations but still not even got One interview. I am not understanding what is wrong with me. And I feel I am performing well and technically also good I just need one interview opportunity to prove my self but not even getting one. So help me by suggesting what needs to be improved and how.
