Need some open and friendly suggestions - Career shift

Hi All,

I’m current on a contract in Deloitte in compliance team with an experience of 1.6 years. I would like To switch to consulting. My current salary is 4.2 LPA. I was planning to resign and up skill because I’m unable to concentrate with the current office politics and work pressure. Wanted to know your opinion on 2 things namely.

1. What all is required to get into consulting as a job profile.

2. What is the salary hike I can expect with this career transition
