Need some insights

I have 4.1 years of experience my current ctc is 8.69 lpa got a offer from detek for full stack developer role of 16 lpa fixed and rest variable overall ctc around 17 lpa. Is this a maximum I can get or can I expect more and search opportunities else where as well
