Our project has currently ramped down and people are drastically put into PDP and forcing them to resign after 35 days of bench aging. No one bothers about the people who were and are working in this project. They are given some opportunities which do not match with their skill set and location. Everyone is in a very bad situation and unable to express their feelings right now.
Even I'm depressed very much coz of the leadership and higher ups decision. I came across the opening, but no one is responding or bothered to inform something. Can someone help me with regards to this process pls 🙏🏻
It is a biggest mistake joining cognizant I feel ....only south Indians in majority plus dirty politics...
how many people effected due to this ram down, which location this project were running.
