Recently I was given D Band , I got 3.5 rating and I was not informed about the rating. I created a disagreement in speed, my manager had a discussion but I am not satisfied. Now I see 3 options in speed and I selected discussed but not satisfied . What would be the next step in my case? Please suggest

No justification, They just say that You lead gave low rating. As this is my first time in appraisal in tcs. Who could think that 3.5 is low rating? They are just saying random shit

Just resign and join another company.All the worst thing already happened with you so only option is leave the organisation.
