Need some guidance, please respond

Dear everyone,

So I am working in an organization as a b2b manager (which is fancy name for sales person with higher position and better pay but work same like field sales , find leads , cold call etc etc) in a big prominent organisation.

My background: Btech in materials engineering from an Nit And mba from tier 1-2 mba college, Total work experience: 1+ years

So my concern is , if I have to get a sales manager type of roles, then fmcg seems only decent choice as i will handle team there , but here just roaming around in the field, getting enquiries etc etc),

If not FMCG, then I want to be away from sales,

Can anyone please suggest me steps like what I should do, Which roles I can try for What courses / certifications I can take which may help in getting such job offers Anything which can be of help , please suggest everything, as many options you think are possible and all and when should I leave this organisation if I have to go through this

I m still as MT here with around 9 months post Mba experience

If this marketing is not your thing, get out as soon as possible. 9 months after your MBA is not a big issue and you can as a fresher also. Build your resume and apply in organizations in which you want to build your career. Things may take time but don't give up
