Trending @Accenture; Need some guidance

I have an offer for 11 LPA with X company. I have put my papers and my lwd is 14th Mar.

Now I recently interviewed with Y company and they are ready to give 13 LPA, but want them to join on 28th Feb.

Now my questions are:-

How to buyout notice period in Accenture.
If buyout is not possible, can I tell Y that I would be able to join on 28th Feb and get offer letter. Once I get that offer letter, I can negotiate with X company(X company openly asked that whether I have any other offers in pipeline so that they can negotiate).

Advice:

You cannot buyout notice in Accenture unless project ready to release you and you not locked to any project in between.
Don’t play between x and y with offer letter. If u want to go with y then just tell u cannot join without lwd.
Don’t join any company before reliving from current as it will have issue in your provident fund and form 16 .
If your want to join x company then just tell that you have a better offer and would like company x to match it, though you interested to work with it.
