Trending @Accenture; Need some good suggestions pls
My team lead took me into a project that was building from scratch and I said it new to me but I will give my best
- later he is pointing every thing why I do why like this not that ……
- he gave some feedback via mail and same thing he upload in workday ( based on that they put me on pip)
- that time he spoke a little friendly and save me from that.
- now again he started same again I felt lack of motivation to do work because he mocking me every small thing even it an poc.
-As a seniors what I have looking from him is to verify and validate my work but me never do as it new to me how can I know it was correct???????
Can anyone plssssss suggest anything on my situation..
Same thing my managers do… First they don’t even give me the freedom to do a task on my own terms/pace, they’ll be after me all the time, where are we, what is the status, what is taking so long, so this time I was performing a new activity, every step I was asking them, after the task got over, again one of them yelled at me that you do not analyse anything just keep asking us what to do next, first analyse then come to us, this is not the right way, blah, blah.
Once when I had tried to troubleshoot an issue, my TL yelled at me tha why you didn’t highlight, you wasted so much time (45 mins). Whatever I do , they just always have to blame me.
I was also put on PIP, n then they retained me, but on the same say I resigned.
Even though I am on NP, they are still assigning me many tasks (more than anyone in the team), and I am still working for 12-13 hrs.
So ur serving notice period right ?
Yeah agreed bro I don’t know why people are behaving like that’s they suppose to learn common sense and humanity how to talk to there team ..
- if I spoke anything he will wait for a chance to mock me
- if I was silent it feels I am accepting…. Not sure why people are behaving like this …
