Trending @Accenture; Need some clarification on optional insurance claim
Hi guys we received a mail reg insurance coverage for us and family so what it’s about how can we use it.If anyone know about the thing please share the information that might be helpful 🙂thanks And if we register means some part of amount will detect from our salary if yes means then if we move out of company still can we use that insurance amount or something…🙏🏼
Base policy is paid by a company which means employee, spouse and 2 children are covered and co pay is 10%.
Optional insurance is available if you want to include parents. If you include parents this will be parents policy and co pay will be 20%. The amount should be paid from the employee pocket and will be deducted in salary. Only Parent policy will be available for 1 year and can be used even if you move out of the company.
