Trending @Infosys; Need some career advice

It has been 3 years working at infosys and now I want to switch. At infosys I worked as a Microsoft Support professional in a support project, where I worked on Dynamics 365 CRM. I was thinking of switching to the data analytics domain but I don't have any prior experience of it and So I'm thinking of sticking to Dynamic crm as my career for future in which I have experience rather than switching to something totally new. Need some advice on whether it is the right thing to do or not. Thankyou
