If it's location constraint that it will be different thing but surely as per experience your salary is less.
Either you switch your job in same location or after getting offer negotiate with current employer.

Then please continue to stay .. how and where u r.. if u r not willing to take any action… u DeFi cannot expect anything else from TCS .. till you reach some c4 or above .. which might take another 15 years for you … enjoy
