Need some advice on how to enter in business analytics

Hi i am currently working in finance domain but my interest goes in business domain i need some advice on how i can switch to that also I am thinking of pursuing executive MBA for same is there any suggestions of what would be the best way or how effective is executive mba for getting jobs with good packages?
