Need some advice from Experienced people

I’m currently working as a software tester at TCS but want to transition into a UX designer role. I’ve created two personal projects/case studies for my portfolio and have been actively applying for UX designer roles on job portals. However, I’m facing two main challenges:

  1. Recruiters are ending calls as soon as I mention my 3-month notice period.

  2. The salaries offered for UX fresher roles on these platforms are extremely low and not even comparable

How should I move forward from here.

Tell them you have 2 months of NP and get an offer from service based companies, 2 months will be enough to secure another offer. Repeat the same by increasing your NP to your original NP, finally opt for good company and join.
