
π’ Need some advice, folks!
Currently at Accenture as a Senior Java Dev (4 YOE). Iβm on notice period β last working day in Feb β and honestly, no solid offer in hand yet π¬
I recently interviewed with EY, cleared all rounds But the offer came in at 12 LPA fixed + ~10% variable + insurance/gratuity.
The catch? I was expecting something in the 16β18 LPA range πΈ Tried negotiating, but theyβre saying this is the max budget.
Now Iβm stuck in a classic dilemma:
Accept the offer for safety π
Or take the risk, keep interviewing, and aim higher π―
Would really appreciate thoughts from people whoβve been in similar situations β Is it smarter to secure the offer or hold out for a better one?
