Trending @Accenture; Need some advice facing tag issue

On Monday I got 1 project call and they told me they are going to hard lock me. On Wednesday when I asked them about my project allocation status

they told:

"we have forwarded your case to our PMO but it didn't go thru due to some tagging issues"

I ask him shall I need to do anything from my side ?

He said : nothing

My doubt is what type of tag issue is this ? Does anyone face this kind of situation ? If yes please explain this.
