Need some advice

I m working in any Witch and earlier I was getting not any project
Now I got a project in maximo ! And the environment is veryyyy toxic there!! And i searched in the market not too many openings for maximo developer How should I do?? I m.plannimg to switch but not getting any time for preparation and all !

I have to go 5 day office !
