Need some advice

So recently joined Barclays in Jan.

But now the issue is what they said the technologies i will be working on and what i am working are day and night apart. I was hired as a devops engineer now I am doing file transfer.

Am working in 3 shift on 2 weeks rotation with weekends working and 2 random days weekdays is my week off. This also I wasnt told before joining.

And what can i say about my team, it is terrible. Lots of small things are also there.

I understand somethings are part akd parcel of the job and we gotta deal with it but altogether it feels too much.

So my question is, as I am on probation and my notice period is 1 month should I look outside for other opportunities? If so, will someone hire me after seeing my couple of months stunt?

Basically how should I go about it? If I sit in for interview what should I say?
