13moTrending @Accenture; Need some advice!
For me it has been 3.10 years in Accenture as a .NET FSD. I have started with my job hunt. My resume is having good ATS scores(70-80 points) according to the job descriptions but I’m still not getting any calls. I have been modifying my resume for every JD separately but still no calls…any thing I’m missing or doing wrong? Please let me know. In need for some serious advice!

Keep applying man daily 5 jobs at least when I wanted to switch i applied for at least 200 jobs till I got one converted.
Keep refining the resume your main purpose should be that your resume reaches the companies database and if there will be a opening of your skillset in that company then they will reach out to you.
