Need some advice

Hey everyone I am a data engineer with 3 years of experience I am not interested in development but I really like knowing updating myself with technical knowledge just not very good at implementing it So I am sorta thinking to move my career to technical business analyst.. I feel lost in this transition did a 40hrs training from Udemy what to do next ? I tried looking for internal transition didn't happen! Any advices?
