Need some advice
5+ YOE in IT, currently in TCS (2 yrs). No hike last year, and this year also looks uncertain.
Got through Capgemini, offer letter expected next week. They’re giving DOJ within 90 days (before July end), not ready to extend.
My marriage is end of this month, need 15–20 days leave after that. Planning to resign after coming back and join around 15–16 Aug.
Anyone faced similar situation? How to handle this?
Never take two life changing decisions at once!!! I would suggest get married first then take few leaves and enjoy your honeymoon. Once you’re settled in your married life then go for switch.
Put paper after marriage, if they are ready to take then fine otherwise look for other opportunities after marriage, take your time and enjoy your moment of life. Job switch can be done letter also
