Trending @Cognizant; Need serious help 🙏

I was laid off from cognizant in the month of April. I was trained in Java development but got a project of manual testing after 14 months.

I decided to learn MERN stack development along with my work. But the project ended and I was released on ADP. After 52 days I was forced to resign.

I have done a few personal projects using the MERN stack and till now I have applied for more than 2000 companies but no luck yet. It seems this domain is overcrowded.

Now I am thinking of pivoting and learning something new either devops or GenAI. But I am nervous and confused about what to choose or should I stick to my current profile?

It feels like I am stuck in life. Please guide me what to do next ?
