Need Serious Career Advice

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well, need your genuine advice.

Currently I am working for almost 2 years after my B.E but in my current job (Core Project Management) there are no major learnings, toxic environment, don't get free time on weekends. The only good thing is salary is somewhat good.

Currently I don't have any offers , I am considering to resign and prepare for IT say in next 6 months.

Need your guidance on same.
