NEED serious advice on this

Is there anything happening in the system that I need to know about because so far I've qualified assignment rounds of over 9 different companies and then after 2-5 rounds of interviews, they just ghost me!

9 companies, same pattern. It has come to a point, where a company recently ghosted me for a job I'm literally overqualified for. I applied for the role I started my career in 3 years ago. And the recruiter had the guts to tell me random things for why after creating their entire campaign strategy WITH content--2 weeks worth of work, then qualifying their 45 minutes round of interview, I'm not suitable for the job.

So my question is, is there something happening in the system that these companies are deliberately doing it with people for some reason?
